Before people prepare to stuff turkeys, local organizations need help stuffing buses with food and toys for local families.
Stuff the Bus — a partnership between FOOD for Lane County, Lane County Toys for Tots, Walmart, Lane Transit District and local radio stations104.7 KDUK and US 101 — takes place Friday (11/12) and Saturday (11/13).
For 26 years, the community has donated tens of thousands of pounds of food for FOOD for Lane County to distribute and around the same amount of unwrapped toys through the county’s Toys for Tots program as part of the Stuff the Bus campaign.
