Community Food Benefits Are Available
Looking for support with nutrition and healthy eating? The Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) program can help! If you’re a member of the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), you may be eligible for free grocery cards and/or nutrition education.
Starting in July 2026, we will be able to supply food benefit cards to eligible OHP members. These cards can be used to buy fruits, vegetables, and pantry staples at many grocery stores.
If you have OHP (Medicaid), you may qualify! It’s easy to get started — simply complete this form.
