Through our partnership with Trillium Community Health Plan, the Trillium Produce Plus program puts fresh produce into people’s hands, with the goal of reducing food insecurity and improving health and well-being.

Trillium and Food for Lane County are committed to providing easy access to fruits and vegetables to fight hunger and help people establish healthy eating habits. This program makes high-quality produce available to individuals and families at a variety of locations throughout Lane County. Trillium Produce Plus locations, days and times can be found using our food finder.

Trillium Produce Plus Eligibility

Individuals and families must meet the USDA Emergency Food Assistance Program requirements to be eligible; see the income guidelines below. Those who are eligible but unable to leave their home can send someone to pick up food on their behalf; please ask them to bring a completed Authorized Representative Form in English or Spanish.
